Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SIGNAL platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SIGNAL provides AI readiness analysis of public and private companies using publicly available data sources including SEC filings (where applicable), Crunchbase data, job postings, GitHub activity, news coverage, executive profiles, and company websites. Reports are generated using automated analysis and large language models. Scores and verdicts are analytical opinions, not financial advice.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Pricing & Payments
Free scans provide a limited preview. Full reports are available as one-time purchases ($49). Pro subscriptions ($199/month) include 10 full reports per month and additional features. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change with notice.
5. Refund Policy
Reports are generated instantly and cannot be un-generated. If you believe a report contains material inaccuracies, contact us and we will re-run the analysis at no charge. Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings; you retain access through the end of your billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, branding, and scoring methodology are the property of SIGNAL. Generated reports may be shared via the provided sharing features. You may not systematically scrape, reproduce, or redistribute report data at scale without written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
We analyze only publicly available company data. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information about employees of analyzed companies. For information about how we handle your personal data as a user, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI readiness scores are analytical opinions generated by automated systems. They are not investment advice, financial recommendations, or guarantees of accuracy. Confidence levels are provided to indicate data reliability. Always conduct your own due diligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGNAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
